villageflowers21 - The Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Balikpapan City held a meeting to discuss the implementation of the 2022 SPBE self-assessment monev, Tuesday (14/6/2022) in Meeting Room I of Balikpapan City Hall. This meeting was held based on a letter from the Ministry of PAN RB on May 31, 2022 regarding the monitoring and evaluation of the 2022 SPBE.
This meeting was chaired by the Head of Diskominfo, Adamin Siregar, accompanied by the Head of the E-Government Division of Diskominfo, Raihana Rahmah. The activity was attended by representatives from each regional apparatus organization (OPD) within the Balikpapan City Government.
In his remarks, Adamin conveyed the description of the SPBE. First, look at the vision and mission of the Mayor or Balikpapan City Government as outlined in the Balikpapan City RPJMD for 2021-2026.
"There, Balikpapan will be realized as a leading city that is comfortable to live in, modern and prosperous in the frame of Madinatul Iman," he said.
There are five missions to achieve. The first is to create good governance. This, if more specifically, there are some problems. One of them is related to realizing good governance.
One of the important things is to increase the value of SPBE. This is related to the task of Diskominfo as the leading sector. However, this later became the task of all regional apparatus organizations within the Balikpapan City Government.
"Electronic-Based Government System or SPBE. The government system, meaning that it exists in all OPDs, is only electronic-based. So before there was information technology, the government system was already running," he said.
This government system starts from the village level, sub-district, department, agency, office, all of which already have a government system. Only then is currently based on electronics.
"There are targets that must be achieved regarding this SPBE. In the RPJMD there was already a target for the next five years. Previously, there were three domains, seven aspects and 17 assessment indicators," he explained.
In 2021 the indicator rose to 47, and at that time Balikpapan was experiencing a decline in value. So that in 2022 the value is targeted to increase. "It's a bit difficult, but it can be achieved. It won't be difficult as long as we are together. Therefore, we are trying to form a team whose members involve the OPD," he said.
Currently, this team has been formed, chaired by the Regional Secretary of the City of Balikpapan. "And we wrote to have members in each OPD. That's why we gathered today to make it easier to get evidence," he explained.
After this meeting, he hopes that all elements within the Balikpapan City Government will support the program that has been included in the Balikpapan City RPJMD. "Our initial step is to at least clarify the duties of our colleagues in the OPD. We will prepare it from now on," he said. (Diskominfo/cha/mgm)
