villageflowers21 - There is a new innovation from the West Java Provincial Government through the West Java Food Crops and Horticulture Service (TPH Office). His name is Panon Napkin (ONline CERTIFICATION OF FOOD Plant Seeds).
Secretary of the West Java TPH Office , Endang Harris Fitriyana , said the Panon Napkin application was a manifestation of the implementation of gratification prevention which was initiated by mitigating gratification prevention .
"The implementation of gratification prevention has been carried out with an online licensing service application , namely the Panon Napkin Application ," said Harris when receiving the Monitoring and Evaluation Team of the Gratification Control Unit (UPG) at the West Java TPH Office , Bandung City, Tuesday (26/7/2022).
"This application makes it easy for applicants or food plant seed producers who register their seed certification in all areas of West Java in particular," added Endang in a press release.
Technical Controller of the UPG Monev Team, Leni Lestiati, said that the monev was carried out on an ongoing basis with the reporting of Gratification Control Efforts per semester submitted to the KPK.
Leni also appreciated the mitigation measures for gratification control for all Work Units. Including the seven UPTD Centers within the Department of Food Crops and Horticulture , in particular the Center for Supervision and Certification of Seeds for Food Crops and Horticulture.
"The Panon Napkin application can be proposed by the West Java Provincial Government in implementing Gratification Prevention Efforts which are assessed comprehensively at the national level by the KPK," he said.
Meanwhile, a member of the UPG Monev Team from the Regional Inspectorate of West Java Province, Wiwiet Hertiarani, recommended that the Panon Napkin Application be equipped with a legal umbrella in the form of a Governor's Decree.
So, he said, it could serve as a guideline in the implementation of gratification control , especially the licensing service for food plant seeds in West Java .
"We will assist and assist the UPG Team within the West Java TPH Office ," he said.
