g. Dissemination of policy information through District Government and non-government media
h. the implementation of public information services, public relations, and strengthening the capacity of public communication resources
i. implementation of technical guidance and supervision of public information and communication management
j. implementation of media management of District Government public complaints
k. the implementation of recommendations for the establishment of telecommunications towers
l. implementation of monitoring, evaluation and operation of telecommunication towers
m. the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, control and reporting responsibility for the implementation of tasks and functions
n. the implementation of other tasks given by the leader/superior in accordance with his duties and functions
The Information and Publication Section has the following duties:
a. organizing programs and activities of the information and publication section
b. compiling operational standards and procedures for information services and publications
c. preparing materials for the formulation of information and publication policies
d. coordinate the coverage and documentation of local government activities
e. carry out the publication of information on regional government activities through online and offline media
f. implement the management of communication channels belonging to the regional government/internal media
g. perform analysis and management of public communication information data
h. perform monitoring and evaluation services of issues, opinions and public aspirations in the media
i. managing the media center and community complaint services
j. implementing cross-sectoral information and communication services
k. preparing periodic reports on the development of public opinion
l. prepare and analyze action recommendation materials in a timely manner to the leadership
m. perform monitoring, evaluation, control and reporting responsibility for the implementation of tasks
n. perform other duties given by the leader/superior in accordance with his/her duties
The Partnership and Communication Section has the following duties:
a. organize programs and activities of the partnership and communication section
b. compiling operational standards and procedures for Partnership and Communication services
c. preparing materials for the formulation of Partnership and Communication policies
d. implementing cooperation and partnership facilities (media and public relations)
e. implement monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of cross-sectoral content provision
f. organizing public communication planning services and a positive image of the District Government
g. implement local content creation
h. implement the management of national content serving local content
i. perform monitoring, evaluation, control and reporting responsibility for the execution of tasks
j. perform other duties given by the leader/superior in accordance with his/her duties
The Statistics, encryption, post and telecommunications infrastructure section has the following duties:
a. organizing the programs and activities of the statistics, coding, post and telecommunications infrastructure sections
b. preparing policy formulation materials in the fields of statistics, encryption, post and telecommunications infrastructure
c. carry out the collection and management of regional government statistical data
d. preparing publication materials related to statistical and static data
e. preparing materials for the analysis and management of telecommunications infrastructure
f. implement the management and security of encrypted communications
g. implement the management and construction of telecommunication networks
h. implement the construction of telecommunication maintenance
i. preparing recommendation materials, supervision and monitoring of the implementation of monitoring services
k. implement supervision, management and policy implementation facilities in the field of communication and information dissemination, post and telecommunications
