2. Zinc.
Preparations containing zinc will help with severe coughs, migraines, runny nose and sore throats. Take one or two tablets a day, no more. An overdose is fraught with trouble: the immune system may weaken.
3. Echinacea.
This plant perfectly stimulates the immune system. Taking it in the form of capsules or drops several times a day can help prevent colds or the flu. It is best not to use echinacea for more than two to three weeks in a row, as the protective effect of the drug may decrease with prolonged use.
4. Creatine.
